 Recruitment of Digital cum Vocational Teachers at Primary school High School/Madrasah & Colleges i

As per the National Education Policy 2020 introduced by the Government of India, Article No. 4, Para No. 23, 24, and 25 of the Gazette clearly mentioned that every school, college, university, Madrasaha, primary school, CBSE, ICSE, and all recognized educational institutions across India must recruit at least one Digital cum Vocational Teacher and/or AI Teacher.

To implement this great initiative, the Government of India allocated the responsibility through tender to 17 reputed companies. Among them, one of the significant companies is Stemrobo AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This company has been entrusted with implementation in the states of West Bengal, Tripura, and Assam.

For West Bengal, the responsibility of executing the project was given to National Digital Easiest Education Missions, managed and governed by Trust Devoted Heartful Research Foundation. Since then, the organization has been working tirelessly to implement the recruitment of Digital cum Vocational Teachers.

Trust & Devoted Heartful Research Foundation has been engaged in the digital education sector since 2010 and has been highly active in promoting digital subjects nationwide.

Recruitment Procedure for Digital cum Vocational Teachers & AI Teachers.

  

1. Candidates must first register their names on the official government portals: NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme).

Two categories (slabs) have been created by the Ministry of Education:

1. Candidates who completed graduation between 2020 – 2024: NATS

2. Candidates who completed graduation before 2020: NAPS

The approval period for pre-2020 graduates has expired on 31st December, but will re-open around March or April. However, early registration ensures an advantage.

Currently, only candidates who graduated between 2020 – 2024 are being approved by the West Bengal Government through GOVT TP (Government Training Partners).

2. After registration, the candidate’s name is forwarded to Government-approved TPs (Training Partners) for approval.

3. Candidates are then invited for a virtual interview via email.

The interview carries a weight age of 10 marks.

Candidates must secure at least 5 marks to qualify.

4. Successful candidates receive a Letter of Selection via email.

5. Thereafter, candidates undergo mandatory two-hour training conducted by the recruitment team.

6.  Upon successful completion, a Joining Letter / Reporting Letter is issued which must be printed and submitted at the designated school for joining.

• Recruitment Process & Salary Structure

  

The Government of India has introduced two slabs: Below Fifty and Up to Fifty.

Until a district recruits 50 teachers, salaries are disbursed by the National Digital Easy Education Mission through CSR funds of the Government of India.

Once 50 teachers are recruited in a district, salaries are directly credited to teachers’ accounts through auto-pay CSR mode.

If a district has very few teachers, they are merged with another district to form the slab of 50.

 Salary Disbursement:

  

1. Digital Salary (CSR Fund): ₹9,300/month (credited by 10th of every month).

2. Vocational Salary (Stipend during On-Job Training – 12 months): ₹9,000/month (credited by 15th–25th of every month via Govt. TP Treasury).

ü Total Salary = ₹18,300/month (credited in two installments).

After 12 months, teachers are awarded a Government of India Certificate, globally valid, enabling permanent teaching jobs in schools, colleges, and universities.

1. Smart Projector

2. Syllabus-loaded Pen drive

 Post-Joining Benefits (as per Appointment Letter & Agreement Copy):

  

Probationary Period: 2 years

§ After retention:

1. PF Deduction: 6.25%

2. Annual Increment: 3%

3. Insurance Coverage

4. Job Security up to 60 years

Higher Secondary (10+2) Pass: Eligible for primary schools

Graduate or Postgraduate (B.A. / M.A.): Eligible for primary, upper primary, high schools / Madrasahs & Colleges

1. Bio-data with active mobile & email

2. Aadhaar Card (linked with mobile & bank account)

3. Bank passbook (front page)

4. Passport-size color photo

5. Computer certificate (if available)

6. Vocational training certificate (if any)

7. Candidate’s signature on plain white paper

8. Name of Higher Secondary school

9. Name of Graduation college/university

10. Bank IFSC Code & Account Number

11. Mother’s Name (to be mentioned in bio-data)

12. Admit card, marksheet & certificate (Madhyamik)

13. Marksheet & certificate (Higher Secondary)

14. Marksheet & certificate (Graduation)

Ø Note: Aadhaar must be linked with both mobile & bank account. Internet banking and UPI apps (PhonePe/Google Pay) are mandatory for salary credit.

Direct registration on NAPS/NATS portal will not guarantee recruitment. Approval through a Government TP is mandatory.

A small donation/fee is required for AI-based devices & NAPS/NATS registration. This must remain within fixed limits; otherwise, recruitment will be canceled.

Annual student examination in Digital & Vocational subjects will be conducted by Bharat Vikas Sanskriti Parishad Trust, followed by issuance of mark sheets & certificates.




  

Ø Strategic Implementation of NEP 2020—Deployment of Digital Learning Infrastructure & Atal Tinkering Lab under Central Government Mandate.

  

  

To facilitate this nationwide initiative, the Central Government has empanelled seventeen (17) authorized vendors. Among these, STEMROBO AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been entrusted with execution responsibilities for the states of West Bengal, Assam, and Tripura.

Due to operational and logistical considerations, regional sub-vendorships have been allocated to accredited Government Training Partners (GTPs) to support the rollout at the grassroots level. In West Bengal, the following GTPs are officially engaged:

§ RIMS Healthcare Pariwaar 

§ National Digital Easiest Education Missions

§ Bharat Vikas Sanskriti Parishad Trust

§ Manab Kalyan Foundation & Trust

All implementation activities are being monitored and governed under the purview of the Trust & Devoted Heartful Research Foundations, functioning within the CSR-compliance framework.

Scope of Deployment: Devices & Educational Support

  Under this centrally administered initiative, the following educational technology components and support services are to be deployed in selected institutions without any direct financial obligation:

1. Interactive Digital Smart Display Panel(IFP) (Estimated Market Value: ₹3,00,000+)

2. High-Precision Laser Pointer

3. Educational-Grade Laptop

4. Smart Projector-Printer Hybrid Unit

5. Surge-Protected Extension Power Cod

6. Institutional Digital Instructor

7. WIFI

Scheduled to attend the assigned institution for a minimum of three (3) working days per week

Monthly honorarium of ₹15,000, disbursed via Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding mechanisms

All hardware and personnel are institutionally allocated under the umbrella of the National Digital Easiest Education Missions, ensuring standardized implementation and adherence to national policy frameworks.

 Atal Tinkering Laboratory (ATL) Initiative – NITI Aayog

  

As part of Phase-II development under the NEP 2020 roadmap, several institutions—including those in Uttar Dinajpur, Dakshin Dinajpur, Murshidabad, Medinipur, 24 PGS, Jhargram, Purulia, Bardhaman, Malda, Coochbehar, Alipurduar etc —have been provisionally shortlisted for the establishment of an Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL), an initiative of NITI Aayog, Government of India. This lab is intended to cultivate innovation, creativity, and scientific temper through access to advanced tools, components, and guided STEM activities.

 Documentation Requirements for ATL Installation:

 Completed ATL Application Form (to be issued and collected in hard copy)

Infrastructure Declaration Letter on the institution’s official letterhead, affirming the availability of necessary facilities

Upon submission of the required documents, NITI Aayog representatives will conduct a formal inspection. Contingent upon successful verification, the Atal Tinkering Lab—estimated at a market value of ₹20,00,000(Twenty Lac)—will be granted along with operational manuals, training modules, and long-term usage guidelines.

 Implementation & Inspection Coordination

  

As per the implementation schedule, an official project liaison officer will initiate contact with the designated institution for purposes including:

ü Formal submission of documentation

ü Scheduling of on-site evaluation

ü Coordination of equipment delivery and technical setup

This project is implemented under the aegis of NEP 2020, supported by CSR-linked digital transformation initiatives. All procedures and operations fall under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Government of India and affiliated partner organizations. Non-compliance or deviation from policy terms is subject to administrative action.
